Deadline for entry of AGTA Spectrum Awards™ Deadlines is Friday, September 25, 2009. 

No exceptions will be made.

Deadline for the New York Drop Off Program
is Tuesday, October 6, 2009.  However, if you plan to hand-deliver your
piece on this date, all paperwork and payments are due to the Dallas
office September 25.  You may fax or mail paperwork and payments to the
attention of Adam Graham at 214-742-7334 or 3030 LBJ Freeway, Ste. 840,
Dallas, TX 75234.

All
competition entries will be returned via the U.S. Post Office
Registered Mail, unless otherwise noted in the rules, November 3 –
December 3, 2009.

The American Gem Trade Association will offer New York City area
residents the option to hand-deliver Spectrum and Cutting Edge entries
in New York.  The drop-off location will be announced soon. 

Entry forms and payments are due to the AGTA in Dallas by September 25, 2009, in order to be eligible to drop off entries on October 6.

If
you would like to participate in this program, you must also pick up
your entry(s) on Tuesday, October 27 between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. 
No exceptions will be made.
